The science behind this involves stimulating short and long-term memory in the hippocampus, where the more visual, textured, and interactive input encourages active engagement so that essential information is retained more effectively than in learning from a book.
We will defeat the brain’s forgetting/fading curve discovered by Hermann Ebbinghaus in 1885, using the latest blended technologies. Psychologists, language subject matter, and communication skills experts will work jointly to produce best practices, engaging learning scenarios in particular workplaces.
There is strong evidence linking neuromodulators’ stimulation with active memory when a learner is engaged in dynamic situations. Developing well-structured programs using the various XR technology and language methods stimulates the brain circuits to perform optimally in retaining the information and rapidly retrieving it.

No more static practice and study; learners will engage dynamically. No need to physically visit workplaces to observe tools, equipment, and plants; everything is accessible in a virtual workspace. Equipped with a headset or on-screen interaction, learners delve into specific topics, swiftly retaining acronyms, abbreviations, and terminologies through diverse interactive methods. THE MARKET SCOPE
The product is a combination of an enhanced workplace language and skills book, with interactive scenarios taught with an innovative approach. The learner will not practice and study statically. Students or apprentices will not need to travel to actual workplaces to see tools, equipment, and plants at the workspace. Learners will study specific topics while wearing a headset or interact on-screen. THE TECHNOLOGY
We feel that XR is a fresh and rapidly developing technology where we can focus on integrating and embedding immersive technology effectively within our service.
We are developing a personalized experience using 360° videos, virtual reality, and artificial intelligence where our system is a combination of:
- Language and skills Career/Workplace Book enhanced with XR technology, based on communication scenarios applied to learning situations, with special emphasis on workplace lexis such as abbreviations, allowing students to actually see and interact with workplace tools and equipment.
- Educators/teachers trained in the hybrid topics in the specific domain. The scenarios are carefully designed to connect with the book topics. Teachers are made familiar with the new technology, and the process of interaction is designed carefully.
The student can attend group training at their university, education institute or corporate training location (since for best outcomes, a trained teacher will do the teaching), or in solitude. The student will have the best learning experience by wearing a headset, with a lesser impact if the learning tasks are performed on a screen.
